Please send the complaint and requested solution to info@uniqueyou.info. We will try to resolve it directly and provide a response on a durable medium.

2. Cross-border consumer assistance

A consumer resident in Ireland may ask the European Consumer Centre Ireland for information and assistance in a cross-border dispute with a trader established in another EU country. The service can help identify an appropriate route but does not replace a court and does not itself guarantee a binding outcome.

3. Alternative dispute resolution

Information on recognised Irish ADR bodies is available in the register maintained by the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission at ccpc.ie. Depending on the subject and the body's rules, a dispute may instead fall within a competent Polish ADR body because the Seller is established in Poland.

Unless participation is required by mandatory law or the Seller has specifically agreed to use a competent ADR body, this information is not a promise to participate in every proposed ADR procedure. After rejecting a consumer complaint, the Seller will provide any case-specific information required by applicable law.

4. Former EU ODR platform

The former European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued and is not an active channel for submitting a complaint. Old ODR links should not be used.

5. Courts and governing law

ADR is voluntary for the consumer and does not remove the right to bring proceedings in a court that has jurisdiction under applicable law. The choice of Polish law in the Terms does not deprive an Irish consumer of mandatory protections applicable in the country of habitual residence and does not impose exclusive jurisdiction of Polish courts.
