Terms of service
Terms and Conditions – UniqueYou Ireland
1. Seller and scope
Seller: ARTIS CEZARY BIELAS, Cezary Bielas, ul. Franklina Roosevelta 118, 41-800 Zabrze, Poland; correspondence, returns and complaints: os. Bór 13D, 34-400 Nowy Targ, Poland; email: info@uniqueyou.info; telephone: +48 506 794 405 (your operator's standard rate).
The online shop at https://uniqueyou.ie (the “Shop”) is operated by Cezary Bielas trading as ARTIS CEZARY BIELAS, entered in the Polish Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG), NIP 6482768374, EU VAT PL6482768374, REGON 243261287 (the “Seller”). These Terms govern use of the Shop, UniqueYou Club, orders, sales, payment, delivery, cancellation, statutory remedies, reviews and electronic services for customers in Ireland.
The Terms are available free of charge before an order and may be downloaded and saved. A consumer means an individual acting wholly or mainly outside that person's trade, business, craft or profession. Mandatory consumer rights always prevail over these Terms.
2. Electronic services and UniqueYou Club
The Shop provides free services enabling visitors to browse products, use the basket and checkout, access UniqueYou Club, receive marketing after the required permission, and submit reviews when those features are active. An up-to-date browser, internet access and an active email address are required. Rejecting analytics or advertising cookies does not prevent a purchase.
UniqueYou Club is the optional customer account. It is free and is not required to buy. A technical customer profile in Shopify does not itself mean Club membership or marketing consent. Marketing consent is separate, voluntary, unticked by default and may be withdrawn without deleting the account.
Customers must provide accurate data, use the Shop lawfully, avoid unlawful content and refrain from interfering with security. Ongoing services may be ended at any time by using the available settings or contacting the Seller.
3. Reviews
The Shop may use Judge.me. Reviews labelled “Verified purchase” are linked to an order actually placed in the Shop. Other reviews are not verified as to purchase or use and are not presented as verified. The review section states how authenticity is checked. Reviews must not be unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringe third-party rights, disclose another person's data or contain spam.
If an incentive is offered for a review, its conditions are disclosed in advance, it does not depend on a positive rating, and the incentivised nature of the review is clearly disclosed.
4. Products, prices and promotions
Product pages describe the main characteristics, fibre composition, dimensions, colour, price, availability, product identification, manufacturer or EU responsible-person details and relevant safety warnings. Images may appear slightly different because of screen settings, without affecting the agreed characteristics.
Consumer prices for the Irish market are gross prices in euro (EUR), including applicable taxes. The final product price, delivery charge and any other charge are shown before the order is submitted. When a price reduction is announced, the Shop displays the prior price required by applicable law, ordinarily the lowest price applied during the preceding 30 days, subject to lawful exceptions.
Environmental, ethical, durability and repairability claims are made only where specific and substantiated. From 27 September 2026, the official EU legal-guarantee notice and, where applicable, the official durability-guarantee label are displayed as required by law.
5. Ordering and formation of the contract
The customer selects products, supplies fulfilment details, chooses delivery and payment, reviews the summary and places the order using a button that clearly indicates an obligation to pay. Information may be corrected until that button is used. Delivery restrictions and accepted payment methods are indicated no later than the start of checkout.
The order is the customer's offer. A sales contract is formed when the customer receives the Seller's email accepting the order for fulfilment. The contract terms, cancellation information and order details are supplied on a durable medium, at least by email.
The Seller may decline an order only for a legitimate reason, such as unavailable stock, failed payment authorisation, an obvious recognisable error, missing fulfilment data or a well-founded fraud risk. Any money taken will then be refunded promptly.
6. Payment
Available methods may include Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro or UnionPay cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna. Only the methods actually shown for the order are available; they may depend on the device, order value, delivery choice and provider rules.
7. Delivery
Orders from uniqueyou.ie are delivered within Ireland to an address or eligible DPD collection point accepted by checkout. Prices and estimated timings are stated on “Shipping and payment” and in checkout. Orders are usually prepared within 1–3 working days and standard carrier transit is estimated at 4–5 working days. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be completed within 30 days after the contract is made.
Risk passes when the consumer or a nominated third party other than the carrier takes physical possession. Reporting visible transit damage promptly may help evidence but is not a condition of statutory rights. Failure to collect a parcel is not by itself a valid cancellation notice.
8. Right to cancel a distance contract
A consumer may cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after the consumer, or a nominated third party other than the carrier, acquires physical possession. For goods delivered separately, the period begins on receipt of the last item, lot or piece.
To meet the deadline, send an unequivocal notice before it expires to info@uniqueyou.info, the returns address above, or use the prominently displayed online withdrawal function made continuously and easily accessible in the Shop during the statutory period, including for customers who purchased without an account. The function allows the consumer to identify the contract, provide an email address for confirmation and submit an unequivocal withdrawal statement through a final confirmation step. The Shop sends an acknowledgement without undue delay on a durable medium, stating the content of the notice and the date and time it was submitted. The model form is optional.
Return the goods within 14 days after notifying cancellation. The consumer bears the direct cost of return. The Seller refunds all payments for a full cancellation, including the cost of the least expensive ordinary outbound delivery offered for that order. Any surcharge for a more expensive delivery is not refunded. The refund is made within 14 days of notice by the original means of payment, but may be withheld until the goods or evidence of dispatch is received, whichever occurs first.
The consumer is responsible only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Statutory exceptions apply, including genuinely personalised goods. Any applicable exception is disclosed before ordering.
9. Goods that do not conform to the contract
The Seller must supply goods that comply with the contract and with the Consumer Rights Act 2022 and other mandatory Irish law. Depending on the circumstances, statutory remedies may include the short-term right to terminate within 30 days, repair or replacement, a proportionate price reduction, or termination and refund. Repair or replacement must be free of charge, within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience.
Irish limitation rules may allow a claim to be brought for up to six years, depending on the facts. This is not a promise that every product has a fixed six-year lifespan. A commercial warranty, if expressly offered, is additional and does not restrict statutory rights.
A complaint may be submitted by email or post. The Seller will acknowledge and address it within a reasonable time and, where Polish procedural law imposes a shorter binding response deadline, no later than that deadline. Necessary costs of a justified conformity claim are borne by the Seller.
10. Marketing, personal data and cookies
Newsletters, back-in-stock messages, abandoned-basket reminders, recommendations and promotions are sent only where a valid legal basis exists. Consent is separate from an order, these Terms and Club membership, is not pre-ticked and may be withdrawn at any time. Any limited existing-customer exception is used only where all Irish ePrivacy conditions are satisfied and an easy free objection is offered.
The Privacy Policy explains purposes, legal bases, recipients, retention, transfers and data-subject rights. Non-essential analytics and advertising technologies are activated only after valid consent through the preference panel.
11. Liability, changes and governing law
Nothing excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for unsafe products, personal injury, fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence. The version in force when an order is placed applies to that contract. Changes do not alter completed orders or acquired rights; users of ongoing services will receive reasonable advance notice of material changes and may end the service free of charge.
The contract is governed by Polish law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. This choice does not deprive a consumer of the protection of mandatory provisions of the country of habitual residence that would apply without the choice. It also does not restrict any court jurisdiction granted to consumers by applicable law.
12. Complaints and disputes
Contact the Seller first at info@uniqueyou.info. Information about voluntary and statutory dispute-resolution routes is provided on the “Dispute resolution” page. The former EU ODR platform has been closed and is not presented as an active complaint channel.
