1. Delivery methods and prices

Orders placed through uniqueyou.ie are delivered within Ireland. The binding options and total charge are those displayed for the delivery address in checkout.

These rates apply to a parcel weighing up to 1 kg. If an order is heavier or an address requires different handling, the applicable amount must be shown before the order is submitted.

2. Dispatch and delivery time

Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 working days. The 4–5 working day carrier estimate begins after dispatch and is not a guaranteed delivery date unless expressly agreed. The checkout, order confirmation or later durable-medium message will state any different committed date. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will take place no later than 30 days after the contract is made.

3. Receipt and failed delivery

Please provide a correct address, email and telephone number. A report to the carrier and photographs can help document visible transit damage, but failure to make a carrier report does not remove mandatory consumer rights. Not collecting or refusing a parcel is not by itself an unequivocal cancellation; use one of the cancellation channels instead.

4. Payment methods

The total amount, including delivery and any other permitted charge, is displayed before the order is placed. The Shop does not impose an unlawful surcharge for a payment instrument.
