2. Data we collect
Depending on the service, we process identity and contact details, delivery and billing addresses, order and return history, payment status and limited transaction references, communications, complaint and cancellation information, Club details, marketing preferences, review content, device and browser data, IP address, cookie identifiers and activity data. Payment-card credentials are handled by payment providers and are not stored by the Seller in full.
Data comes from you, your use of the Shop, Shopify and connected applications, payment providers, DPD and other fulfilment partners, Judge.me, marketing tools, and lawful public or fraud-prevention sources.

Providing data required for an order or legal record is necessary to use that service. Optional Club, review and marketing data is voluntary. Refusing marketing does not prevent a purchase.
4. Recipients and processors
Data may be disclosed only as necessary to Shopify and its infrastructure providers; the payment and fraud-prevention provider selected by the customer at checkout; DPD and any other delivery or fulfilment provider selected for the order; Judge.me when the review feature is used; marketing automation, email, analytics and advertising providers whose services are enabled with the required legal basis; IT, accounting, legal and customer-service suppliers; and public authorities where legally required. Current non-essential technology providers are identified in the Shop's cookie preference panel before consent is requested.
5. International transfers
Some suppliers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Transfers are made only under a lawful mechanism, such as an adequacy decision, binding corporate rules or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, with supplementary safeguards where required. Information on the applicable mechanism may be requested by email.
6. Retention

7. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing based on legitimate interests or direct marketing. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing. Requests can be sent to the email above; identity may be verified proportionately.
You may complain to the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), or to the supervisory authority where you live, work or consider an infringement occurred, including the Irish Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
8. Profiling and automated processing
With the required legal basis, order and browsing information may be used to segment audiences and personalise recommendations or messages. The Shop does not make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects unless a lawful exception applies and required safeguards are provided.
9. Cookies and similar technologies
Strictly necessary technologies support security, basket, checkout, language, consent choices and other requested functions. Analytics, advertising, personalisation pixels and comparable non-essential technologies are used only after valid consent. The banner lets visitors accept, reject and manage categories, and the choice can be changed as easily as it was given.
Connected Shopify applications are configured to respect the same consent through the Shopify Customer Privacy API or an equivalent mechanism. The preference panel displays the current cookie and similar-technology names, providers, purposes and durations before consent is requested.
10. Security and updates
Appropriate technical and organisational measures are used, including access controls, encrypted transmission where appropriate, supplier review, backups and incident procedures. This Policy may be updated when law, suppliers or processing changes. Material changes are communicated where required; the version relevant to historical processing remains available on request.
